Mr. Josef Dimech is the Chairman of the JD Holdings Group of Companies which includes JD Capital PLC, JD Operations Ltd and JD Birkirkara Ltd.

He started working in his father’s garage in Msida on a part-time basis at the age of 16. Initially only working with wrought iron, it quickly turned into regular work with established clients.

In 2004, at the age of 25, Josef set up JSDimech COM-IND Ltd. In 2009, the current company JSDimech Ltd, achieved incredible growth levels, and firmly established itself as a market leader.

Dr. Portelli is a partner of the law firm GS Advocates, based in Sliema, Malta, where his area of practice focuses on assisting corporate clients, leading the Company Service Provider line, as well as shipping and employment legislation.

Dr. Portelli was the CEO of the Malta Maritime Authority, and eventually the Authority for Transport in Malta, from 2009 to 2013.

Between 2001 and 2009 he held the position of executive Director for Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Affairs, as well as Company Secretary at Malta Freeport Terminals Ltd, where he was also on the Board of Directors from 1999 to 2004.

From 1994 to 2001, Dr. Portelli was employed with the Financial Services Unit at Coopers & Lybrand, and eventually PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He was also a director of Malta Investment Management Co Ltd, and Malta Government Investments Ltd between 2004 and 2008.

In 2007 he was appointed member of the Port Workers Board representing Malta Freeport Terminals, and in 2008 was appointed member of the Board of the Lotteries and Gaming Authority.

Dr Portelli currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on a number of Maltese companies involved in various cross-border and overseas activities, as well as listed and regulated entities.  He is also a consultant to a number of family-owned businesses.

Dr Stanley Portelli is an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the audit committee.

Mr. Pace is a seasoned businessman. He is involved in a myriad of businesses including retail, manufacturing and leisure companies. He has a successful track record spanning over 30 years. Mr. Pace started his career in the early nineties and never looked back since. Mr. Pace is also involved in the property industry where he has managed and directed developments of residential real estate, commercial real estate, and industrial real estate of varying sizes.

Mr. Jonathan Pace is an Independent Executive Director of JD Capital plc.

Mr Muscat is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Malta with a B.A.(Honours) Accountancy degree, a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Directors (UK). He is a former CEO and Director of Maltacom PLC (today GO PLC).

Since 2006, Mr Muscat has been a corporate services provider with his own advisory practice and serves as an independent non-executive director of a number of companies operating in financial services, a locally licensed bank, as well as shipping, infrastructure and a resident director of various holding companies.

Within locally regulated entities, he practices as a member of Audit, Investment and Valuation Committees. Mr Muscat is also a member of the Board of Directors as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee of SD Finance PLC, AgriHoldings PLC and Mercury Projects Finance PLC both of which issued public bonds on the Malta Stock Exchange.

Mr Stephen Muscat is an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the audit committee.

Dr Manicaro is a lawyer by profession. He graduated from the University of Malta, the International Maritime Law Institute and University College London. In almost two decades of varied legal experience, Dr. Manicaro has acquired a broad legal background in property, corporate and commercial law in a global market. He serves as a director on a number of Maltese companies involved in various cross border and overseas activities.

Dr. Jesmond Manicaro is an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the audit committee.
